Sizing issue. Part of phone number Does not show if I try to size it to my dogs neck. I have to get a smaller size.
Our solution: The customer ordered a medium size collar which is for neck 14.5-20 inch. Her dog's neck size is 15.5 inch. We think small size for neck 12-16 inch should fit better than medium size. So we provided a replacement of a small size to her so she does not need to adjust the collar length much so to avoid the lettering getting covered.
To select a fitting size collar, please kindly measure your dog's neck size first.
To avoid getting embroidery covered, we kindly suggest you input your dog's neck size when placing order. We will embroider according to your dog's neck length.
