We process your order in maticulous way. 

We will embroider according to your dog’s neck size.

We have seen many customers complain about the embroidery on collars ended up being under plastic clasp after adjusting the length to fit.

This is what we do, we adjust the collar to your dog’s neck size to see where the adjustment piece lies. Then we measure the length of your embroidery (name+phone number), if the adjustment piece just in the middle of the embroidery, we will move the letters/numbers some space to the right to leave enough room for the adjuster in order to avoid the problem. 

Please measure and enter your dog’s neck circumference (which is very important) and we will customize accordingly. 

We will do a test embroidery if the thread color you choose is not visible against the collar. 

We will send you pictures of the collars after embroidery finishes before shipment. 

We do everything in detail to meet your expection for the products and avoid unnecessary exchanges. 

For non-customized products, if a purchase fails to meet your expectations within 60 days of its delivery, we will gladly exchange or refund the item, at no additional cost, once it has been returned to us. Large volume orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee for returns.
