Customer Comment: The buckle goes over the phone number so you cannot read the phone number.
Our solution: The customer ordered a medium size collar. Her dog's neck size is 16 inch. As we did not know the neck size inititially, we just start the embroidery at a fixed point. And when the collar is ajdusted to fit the dog's neck, the buckle covers part of the lettering. Then after communication with the customer, we got to know the neck size 16 inch. We ajusted the collar length, measured the lettering length, and the buckle position, embroider specifically to avoid lettering getting covered.
So we kindly suggest customer input dog's neck size when placing order to ensure that embroidery won't get covered after collar length adjustment.
