1.Buyer Comment: Black text against the maroon background is hard to read.

P.Y.T. PET: The customer purchased a maroon cat collar and request black thread.

It is indeed not easy to read. We provided a replacement with lake blue thread instead. Now the customer is satisfied.

Black thread can be not easily identified against dark color collars, such as royal blue, military green, purple and grey.
But easy to show on light color collars.

2. Buyer Comment: Medium collar is HUGE. Too big for my dog.
P.Y.T. PET: Customer's dog measures 13 inch. Our medium dog collar is for neck 14.5-20 inch. We provided a small size collar for neck 11.5-16 inch to customer. Now it fits well.

We kindly ask customer measure your dog's neck circimference to confirm a suitable size collar so to avoid unnecessary exchanges.
