Buyer Comment: Too large for my dog.. measured neck. But where writing is will be covered if I make it fit the dog. Could the writing be moved?
Buyer Comment: Adjusting the collar covers stitching.
Buyer Comment: The lettering is covered by the buckle so it doesn’t look right.
P.Y.T. PET: The issue that the stitching got covered after adjusting the collar is offen complained by customer.
To avoid embroidery getting covered by the adjustment piece, we have to the neck circumference of your dog or the collar length that customer is using now for the dog. We will ajust the collar to the neck size and then embroider accordingly. We will leave space for the adjustment piece or move the lettering to the left or right.
The lettering coverup can be avoided. Just let us know your dog's neck size when you place order.
We kindly ask customer measure your dog's neck circimference and input neck size e.g. my dog's neck is 13 inch when making order.
