For threads it is best to use a contrasting color against the webbing color. If you choose a dark collar then go with a light-colored thread. If you choose a light-colored collar then go with a dark thread.

Please measure your dog’s neck circumference. Use a soft tape measure and wrap it snugly around the base of your dog’s neck. Please make sure leave ONLY 2 fingers between collar and dog neck. Your pet’s measured neck size must fit within the collar’s adjustable length range.

We will embroider according to your dog’s neck size.
We have seen many customers complained about the embroidery on collars ended up being under plastic clasp after adjusting the length to fit.
This is what we do, we adjust the collar to your dog’s neck size to see where the adjustment piece lies. Then we measure the length of your embroidery (name+phone number), if the adjustment piece just in the middle of the embroidery, we will move the letters/numbers some space to the right to leave enough room for the adjuster in order to avoid the problem.
Please measure and enter your dog’s neck circumference (which is very important) and we will customize accordingly.
